Blister made by shell and back card, the shell is properly created to dress and give appeal to inside product and it is sealed to back card through thermo-sealing.
The blister is still nowadays the most common packaging, thanks to its versatility and the low cost. |

Monomaterial inviolable blister pack
Hot sealed inviolable blister: front and back sides are made of plastic material. They keep, without glue, the inner printed card that is the communication to consumers.
Thermoforming and hot–sealing made in one process by automatic packaging equipment, product and inner sheet are inserted before sealing. Blister with low cost but allowed in high level quantity.
Same blister’s concept than above, inviolable but in medium/low quantities is obtained by High Frequency sealing operations. |

Double card blister pack
Inviolable blister with full carton front and back sides, allowing a very good marketing-communication.
The personalized thermoformed shell is inserted in the middle and no glued: it is kept through the card perimeter sealing.
A very nice and rich blister pack to diversify product from competitors.
